Can I do a set list on the Krome like the Kronos does? Please help looking to buy a new korg. Or is there another workstation does has that option. Thank you

Hey, I'm thinking to get a Krome EX next year.christianconnett wrote:I know this is a little late to the party...
But I utilize a different method for Creating my Set Lists on the Krome.
I have SEVERAL Combi/Prog for songs across the Krome.
You can utilize the SEQ(uencer) and CUE list for Sets! Then you don't have to worry too much about WHERE each Prog or Combi is located.
I can post more complete instructions if anyone would like to see them.
Always remember to back up your Krome before doing any kind of PCG management, moving things around etc.
Here is a video (It is in Italian - only one I could find). But you can watch and learn.

There is also some helpful info in the manual on Cue Lists:
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/52349 ... ml?page=78
Once you have the Cue list setup, You can easily set a footswitch to incrementally move through each song, or just simply click the INC or DEC to move back and forth through your list.
I swear by the Cue List (note: you MUST use an SD Card with this method)
Here is a PDF explaining how to do this:

I do not have a Krome, but I DO have an M50 (which came before the Krome).hag01 wrote:Hey, I'm thinking to get a Krome EX next year.christianconnett wrote:I know this is a little late to the party...

I saw your instruction, it looks like a solution.
The only question remain is whether you can move to the next sound in the list via foot-swtich.
This is the most important thing in a setlist, because when you play a song in a live band mostly you don't have time for your hands to leave the keypad in order change sound.

YES! You can use a footswitch to INC to each song through your set. This is exactly what I do as well. I was thinking of doing an instructional video for this?
