Hey you all, I have a C# that's not sounding all the time or the velocity is louder then it should be. Will a factory reset solve this problem or is my Pa3x sick and need repair? :?

Hello,
It is not a software problem.
You need to clean or change (depending on the condition of them) the rubber contact strips of the keybed..
I suggest to change the whole keybed strips not just the strip with the problem to keep the sensitivity equal to the whole keyboard range and to avoid opening it up again in the near future to change what hasn't been changed...

The contact strips are cheap and reasonably easy to replace - I've done it a couple of times.
You will need to know which screws to undo to get inside. On my Pa3x 61 key it is as follows:
On Rear: 3 bottom-most screws of the top black section.
Underneath: 8 black screws but not those holding the hatches.
On sides: 2 end silver allen screws (not the middle one) and 2 bottom black screws (leave the side black screw near the rear - this is the hinge screw).

Once inside you will work out the extra screws and possibly a wire or two that needs disconnecting. You will need to remove one or both of the large boards that have the contacts on them. The strips peel off easily and can be poked back in with a straightened paper clip.
From memory it was the 12 point contacts that I purchased.

You need 4 x 12 point and one 13 point for 61keys model.
I don't remember for 76 key model but i think you need all except one as 12 too and 1 x 13 again.
