update Korg microkey air 1.02 to 1.04 problem!

Im Thai ,and there is no Thai Korg customer service, so please help me

1. I used MacOS Catalina
2. I tried to update Korg Microkey air 61 from version 1.02 to 1.04 without KORG_USB-MIDI_Driver, because I don't know at first, so it fail
3.afterthat, I have never been able to enter to update mode again (otavedown plus the most left key), no any light lit up
4.if I connect the Korg with computer without holding any Botton, it will connect with normal one red light, and it can connect to Korg kontrol editor software.

5. I restored my Mac to Mojave already because, there is no KORG_USB-MIDI_Driver that support maxosCatalina, then installed KORG_USB-MIDI_Driver successfully

6. I can't enter the update mode of Korg again, this is the problem, I think the fail of the first installation ruin its driver. please help me how to fix it.

No guarantee this will fix any issues, but have you tried a factory reset?

Power off,
Octave Up and Octave Down buttons held whilst powering back on.
Leave for a good few seconds for the process to complete.

It can be reset, but still can't go to update mode.

So, to everyone else, Dont do want I did, It will never connect to ios device agian neither bluetooth nor cable.
