I am looking for an instrument definition for the M3-R (to load into Cakewalk). Any pointers/links/files would be appreciated.

On a very related note, I've been trying to find a simple list of the factory installed combination presets for the M3-R (i.e., starting with Krypton) and haven't been able to find that anywhere. The user manual doesn't have it and I haven't been able to find it anywhere on the web. That seems really strange, since it seems like such basic information. As above, any help on this would be appreciated!
