Krome ex won’t recognize sad card

Newby trying to format new sod card. Inserted it correctly, went to Media and get error message of “no label”. Won’t respond. Assume it is my error, but seems like I’m following the right directions.

Take a careful look at the SD card. The Krome EX does not support all types of SD cards. Cards which meet the Korg specifications for the Krome are SD cards up to 2GB, SDHC cards up to 32GB, but SDXC cards are not suitable. Bear in mind that there are some fake SD cards in circulation. These will not respond correctly when accessed by the Krome. Things like timing issues or the reporting of much bigger storage sizes than the actual capacity of the silicon in the SD card. It is better to get a known make from a reputable supplier. There are several software utilites that can be used to check for fake SD cards.
