organ randomly becomes quiet in combi

Post by SirDabo83 »

Hi all,

Working on some sound design for a gig coming up. Now a few times I've incorporated Tom Coster's organ into a combi. At first it works fine, but then sometimes I'll load the combi, and the organ will be super quiet and all low frequencies, to the point of being totally unusable.

Has anyone encountered this? Any ideas for fixes? I haven't even yet figured out a consistent way to get the problem to appear, I just know that it does frequently.

I'm using a KronosX 88 and a Korg M50 as an additional midi controller.

cx3 is voice hungry.

My guess is your combi has polyphony issues.

If so, you will need to take steps to improve polyphony.
