Dear group. I have a problem with my Pa4x. The sound is extremely soft. I have to turn the volume to max to hear sound. There is also a scratchy sound like a radio that is not on the station.( A SHEEEEEE sound extremely loud) I have to turn my PA system almost to max to hear the sound. It is not the PA system as my Tyros 4 plays perfect. Any suggestions

Disconnect any pedals and reboot. Try new or different cables (or are those the same cables and channels that the Tyros plays fine in?). Do all the connectors feel sturdy (did a cable get pulled while plugged in)? Plug in some headphones and see if it sounds the same through the headphone jacks.
