I've bought a new G1 Air B, but after a few day of usage and trying the bluetooth function once the speaker has a constant hissing noise when turned on. This noise isn't audible while playing or if far away but it's really annoying.
Is this a grounding issue or is there something wrong with the keyboard?

Hello, can you please explain more. Do you hear the hissing noise while the bluetooth is on? Or is the noise constant? I have the G1B Air and I never have any hissing noise regardless of if I am using bluetooth or not.
Your piano shouldn't have any hissing noises. If the bluetooth is connected perhaps the hissing noise come from the source and not the piano.
I would highly recommened you contact Korg customer service if you think the piano is faulty. They are very helpful.
