Hi !
After Jean-Michel Jarre pack I had a lot of request about some Vangelis titles for Korg Kronos. So here it is:

No problem, Dan
And thanks for taking a listen to my music and the feedback. I am currently starting writing for a new project now the nights are drawing in again in the UK (when the days are long and the weather is nice I prefer to be outdoors).
This new project is more "cosmic" synth oriented, and some Vangelis sounds will not go amiss. I have a gorgeous Vangelis Bladerunner CS80 Brass sound coming out of my Prophet X (and DIVA does a mighty fine impression of it as well) , but you will save me a lot of hard work on some of the others I was going to have a go at!

Sounds great!
Ouch! Who fell down, at the end of the video?

All I can say is WOW
Top rung, high level programming on Kronos. An early Xmas gift for the Kronos owner !
I don't know of anyone [other than Korg engineering] who could produce
a Vangelis inspired package of high quality sounds.
For every Vangelis listener/admirer, this pack is a must have.
I can see my Muse getting lost for months, in your high quality production, as I would take it in other musical direction. Might be time for a second Kronos, given your work.

Dan - Nice work! I notice you have specific banks for K1 and K2 program layout. Do your Combi's rely on "factory" programs at certain locations?
Since I ran out of program storage years ago, my internal organization is quite different than any standard layout. Any time I purchase a package such as your, I have to spend hours deciding what to delete out of program banks to make room, and then re-arrange the holes. Would be quite impossible without PCGtools, but still difficult and tedious.
Do you document the "dependencies" by name so it will be easier to adapt to custom layouts?

Hi Tim,in the pack I used the factory programs for Perc, Drum Kit some Strings, E.P and so. To load the pack in your current configuration and working ok, I could send my master PCG. You can open the PCG to see the corresponding of each combi track and search the programs from your internal order then replace. If some sound is missed, could load it from that PCG then correct in the combi. Is a converting work, I admit is not easy.
Other way, please send me your PCG and will convert myself. But this take a while. Best, Dan

Hello Dan,
It's been a long time since you've produced a new sounds set for the Kronos.
The JMJ set was so great but this one, the Vangelis set, seems abolutely incredible.
Actually, you are a geat sound designer !
