Hi,
before I buy a triton that is being used with 220 Power, can I use a 110 adapter and use the
same synth in different countries?

or is the synth itself wired internally for different voltages?

thanks

The Triton Rack uses a "Line wart" power adapter. You'd have to find one of the voltage of your country.

A 110 to 220V autotransformer would be one way to run a Triton Rack synth with 220-230V supply in countries with 110V AC supplies, but make sure it is a proper transformer type (i.e. it will be heavy).

The synth uses power delivered at 9V AC from the adapter. The adapters themselves are of a simple transformer type, so using a 220V adapter on 110V mains will result in 4.5V being delivered to the synth, which won't be sufficient for the internal PSU module to deliver the required internal voltages.
