Hello, could anyone tell me if today in 2020 there is a hardware synthesizer that can recreate the Transwave synthesis found on Ensoniq synths such as the ASR-10 or the EPS-16?

Transwave was Ensoniq word or Wavetable synthesis.
There are plenty of soft synths that can do Wavetable.
Some can do more with it than others.

From what I've read, the Transwave is not quite the same as the Wavetable, although both are very similar, sure.
The transwave can modulate the loop-start, loop-end or the loop start / end, also in the Transwave the loops used as the sample-based synthesis are Single-cycle, I'm not sure that it's the same in the Wavetable. Basically I can modulate the start and end points of the single-cycle loop across the sample, moving through different single waves, and creating new timbres along the way. Instead the Wavetable in its characteristic morphs smoothly between the Waveforms, more Waveforms on the table, without having to cross through the continuous phase states to do it. I think the Transwave is probably more similar to granular synthesis in that the loop is like the grain, probably it was inspired by the PPG
