The lossy nature of mp3 files makes them less than ideal, but if the original sequencer .sng files are retained, it should always be possible to obtain a better quality recording at a later date.
On a PC, connect the Kronos' Line Outs to the PC's audio interface, or use an external interface, and use Audiograbber or Audacity software.

along the suggestion by voip, my old school way is to save the WAV file to a USB device.
D/L free audacity. open your WAV in audacity, then export WAV to MP3:

I save all mine to WAVs. If I need to convert a song to an MP3 for some reason, I just use one of the thousands of free conversion apps available online. My favourite is Fre:ac -
https://www.freac.org/downloads-mainmen ... -freac-113 - which is very simple to use, and which offers a few different formats.

The way I proceed :
Transfering digital audio mix via USB to PC, I use Audacity (there's no need of an audio card).
Then, exporting file in .WAV format, so that the song is safe. That way, there is no D/A conversion, so no loss of quality.
Later, you can reload WAV file if you want, in Audacity, and export it in a compressed format.
If you absolutely need MP3, take care of chossing 320 kb/s format (this is the best MP3 quality). If not, choose the FLAC format which is one of the best compressed formats.
