This is completely bonkers.

I bought a brand new Korg D1 today and it is out of tune!

It's 22 cents flat.

I have to adjust the tuning up to "446 hz" for it to actually be in tune with 440hz instruments.

This would be fine... except that the settings reset every time you power the device off.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Is the tuning "off" across the board on all instrument types, or does it vary, depending on the note played? Might it be due to stretch tuning to repllicate normal acoustic piano tuning, and are you using the same temperament as the reference instrument(s)?

If you think it's still wrong, take it back for repair/replacement under warranty.
