Error "E.11" flashing on new wavedrum

Just purchased a wavedrum and all it does is flash "E.11"...

I have tried restoring the factory settings but it just goes back to the above.

Does anyone know what this means?

E.11 is a system error. The recommendation is to stop using the Wavedrum and contact your local Korg dealer.
