I'm extremely new to the Volca world, so there is a good chance this is user error. I've gone to the Korg firmware downloads to obtain the latest firmware for my Volca Bass and Volca Drum, downloaded/extracted the ZIP and followed the instructions, but both units error out within seconds of the update. I've tried using my PC laptop and phone, with equalizers disabled and various volume adjustments.

Any tips would be super helfpul and greatly appreciated.
