Hi all, my son bought a used Trinity61 and after 6 months, it no longer boots up. It appears to have some level of power, as the backlight on the screen lights up, but it doesn't display anything at all. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this device? Or what the issue cold be?

Hi Kurt,

How unfortunate. Have you checked behind the keyboard, there is a "dimmer" small bud, not sure if this could help but you can try to rotate it one way or the other.

Otherwise, I'd locate a keyboard tech in your area who could troubleshoot for you.
