I thought this was an issue running in Cakewalk because it crashed in there.
But then I just tried running it from the menu shortcut after install.
I get the black rectangle with "wavestate" on it then it goes away.
An error event is logged in the windows event viewer but I have no idea what it means.
I installed it twice to see if that might fix it.
Does the native have issues running on Windows 10?

Re: Wavestate Native Won't Run on Windows 10
I'm sorry that you're having difficulties! If you can provide the specific error message that you're seeing, then I can look into it. As far as I know, the plug-in has no external dependencies.alan93 wrote:I thought this was an issue running in Cakewalk because it crashed in there.

I know this is an old thread but I have the same problem on my second pc. It is likely to be that the processor is too old or doesn't support AVX? Native Instruments' Massive X has this issue. Massive X just gets added to the blocklist in Cubase.
Wavestate Native won't run in any program in my old Windows 10 PC but works fine in my newer Windows 11 PC
