KP3+ not loading or recording samples

Hey there,
My kp3+ suddenly stopped playing back loading samples that I had on my SD card. It loads them successfully but when I select one of the sample banks it doesn't play it back. Also when I try to record a sample/loop using my mic it doesn't record or play it back anymore. It was working fine a few weeks ago. Does anyone know of a solution or know what the problem might be?
