Connecting Squarp pyramid

Hello! Does anyone know how to connect a sequencer to the electribe 2? I have the pyramid connected to the electribe via the midi in (electribe) and out (pyramid) but the sequencer doesn't recognize the electribe. Connecting via USB is no option I think cause I'm already using the USB from the pyramid for the power supply

Im not sure what you are expecting to see, but you have used the phrase "sequencer doesnt recognise" so might help if you weren't aware with hardware MIDI (DIN or TRS) there is no recognition/handshaking - MIDI information is sent in the blind and you have to make sure you have cabling and channels on your equipment setup correctly.
