Quick question about installing a new exs

Sorry about this badly worded question. I'm new to kronos and I'm slowly figuring it out, but some of the language used on the store confuses me:

Im Considering purchasing exs45 from the korg library. I understand I download it unzip it and install the pcg and other files onto kronos.
However, it says
"Now Symphonic Dreams Complete 4.PCG, and Symphonic Dreams Complete 4.SNG which use EXs39, EXs45, EXs46 are EXs47 are available for free! Please expand your sound collection and get 4 EXs!"

On the shop, but the pcg and sng files are like under 1mb. No way those are new samples. What I'm basically asking, is what are they offering for free here exactly, and what do I need to purchase?

Hi

Free files cannot work without samples.
KPro offers simple new programs.

Basically you have to buy the EXs45 with the samples.

But thank you for the info because I was not aware that he had made a new bank.

bye

I'd really recommend anyone who is interested in adding Samples and Sounds to their KRONOS / Nautilus to check out Narfsounds.

I have ALL of his sound packs loaded. I tried a few others online and found some good ones, but Francis just does such a great job with sound reproduction.

Hi there and welcome to the forums,

SNG files are simply songs which contain mostly data to play existing sounds. PCG files are also much smaller than EXs because they do not contain any samples but data creating Programs, Combis and Global settings. Hope this helps.
