I'm new to "Arranger" workstations and have a question about loading sounds between the two.
1) Can you load sounds from Pa1x on to Pa2x?
2) Can the Pa2x be used a multitimbral instrument for DAW recording?
Thanks in advance!

1) Yes - SOUND configurations and samples will load - you cannot load factory multisamples
2) I didn't use my PA2 in this way so I am not 100% sure - please check the latest PA2x manual (sorry)

There are a few factory sounds in the Pa1x that I would like to import into Pa2x. Is there a way to do that? Or are you saying that is not possible?

You need to save the factory styles by unlocking the "factory protect" then performing a Save on the PA1XPro - see page 272 in the latest PA1XPro User Manual
Can can then load the factory banks from the saved SET
