Upgrade from 3 to 4 - where do you get the coupon?

Hi-

I wonder if anyone can advise? I have Korg Collection 3 and want to upgrade to 4 - but - I can't find where to get the coupon needed.

I followed a link than pointed me to korguser.net and there was an upgrade coupon there from 3 to 4 but when I tried to apply it in Krog Shop is rejected it.

I'm stumped. Any advise appreciated.

There's absolutely no contact details I can find on the Korg Shop website to offer assistance!

There should be a coupon in your KorgID account, under the "Offers From Korg" section.
