noise problem

when i connect korg kross 2 through usb to pc theres some noise continuosly comes....have any one facing this problem...?

Where does the noise appear? Is it in the USB audio feed, or in the analogue outputs/headphone out? What does the noise sound like? Is it a low pitched hum, a hiss, or a varying "glitchy" sort of noise?

Does the noise come only the speakers? Have you tried the headphone outs or other outputs?
