This is on Windows on an i5 Thinkpad in Reaper.

Triton, Triton Extreme, M1 and Wavestation all respond to PC messages when loaded as VST2i.

Wavestation responds to PC messages when loaded as VST3i.

Triton, Triton Extreme and M1 do not respond to PC messages when loaded as a VST3i.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Same with Ableton. VST2i responds to PC, VST3i does not.

The VST3 spec does not support MIDI program change. There's some info about this in the thread at https://forums.musicplayer.com/topic/18 ... 2-vs-vst3/
