Korg PA 4 Freezing

Hello, Im new around here.
I’m having an issue with my PA 4.
Randomly when I switch on my keyboard, it freezes on the screen “next and version3.1 and it’s getting more often.
I would like to please know if someone had the same issue and if there is any solution?
