Combinations Not Saving

Hello. I took the A:000 (Piano and Strings) preset in the combi mode and made track one a German Bright grand and track 2 a string quartet. I then saved the combo and the Korg wrote it into the internal memory. The problem is that when I turn it off it keeps losing the settings and reverting the A:000 patch back to the factory preset. Once in awhile it will save it correctly and when I reboot the changes I made are still there, but it eventually...and quickly, reverts back to the factory preset. HELP.
