Just bought a new Pa4x and discovered to my disappointment there is no aftertouch on the black keys.
Or if there is its minimal compared the white keys.
Cheers Barry

Looks like someone calibrated aftertouch, the wrong way.
Make sure when calibrating, that you have to press with the same amound of force on each one key of the keybend in order to calibrate it right.
I would suggest use a proper heavy object that can balance on keys too,to archive the best results.
Google for pa4x's ''Test mode'' power up combination buttons you need in order to get into test mode

After touch is a carbon resistance tape that varies resistance according to the pressure and is common for black & white keys
So by definition if you calculate key lever force axes , ratio is almost 2:1 , therefore you need the double applied force
compared to white keys in order to create the same AT resistance value on carbon tape.
In this case AT calibration is based on maximum force you can apply with your fingers while playing with AT on black keys
and must always be more gentle with white keys AT !
Therefore , calibrate as first Global AT in lighter settings and if not enough to be enabled by Black keys pressure then internal
trimmer of tape driver must be re-calibrated.
- Key AT carbon tape can be easily destroyed by hard hitting of keys or after 6-10 years of hard pianist playing.
- This tape cannot be replaced or repaired and if destroyed the whole Fatar keybed must be replaced !
Hope this helps
