Does anyone know what this slot would be for

In the back of the keyboard where the sd cards are installed and the battery for the clock in the keyboard is this slot you can see in the pictures. Does anyone know what it is for?

My guess is that it ll be for bluetooth communication at some point as bluetooth is mentioned in the test mode but there is no bluetooth module currently inside.
