Just fired up the old Oasys and got the "clock battery voltage low" warning. Anyone know if that is a difficult replace? In the middle of a large DIY house project and don't know where my manuals are. What type of battery? Appreciate the help in advance,
Eric

The RTC battery looks like a CR2032 coin cell.
There's a previous thread that confirms this:
http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/ ... p?t=106867
Battery replacement is detailed in the Parameter Guide v1_3_E5 pages 1090-1094, and mentions the CR2032 coin cell. The download link for this version of the Parameter Guide is here:

Note that, after the battery has been replaced, the low battery message will persist until the correct time and date are set (or at least the year is not set to 2003), and the keyboard has been power cycled, with a 10 second wait between switch off and power on.

Thanks Voip! Appreciate the links and info. My parameter guide is boxed up here somewhere. Can't wait to get the place back to normal. House construction has us all out of whack! Thanks again. Eric

Good luck with the construction works. Best keep precious music gear away from the building-related dust.
Note that earlier versions of the Parameter guide contain the battery replacement info on quite different pages e.g. the Parameter Guide v1_2_E4 has the relevant information on pages 1037 onwards.
