Korg X3 Disk problem...no not the usual one

Hello Forum,
like so many other X3 users, I had the typical disk problem "drive not ready". So I tried to use a new belt - same problem.
So I bought a new drive. At least its doing something, but after a few loading sounds it shows "wait a moment". I am using the original Korg disc. But tried other disks, too. But nothing more is happening.
Now I got a X3 without any sound on, because I did the factory reset before trying if the floppy works. Yes I know I am stupid.
Any ideas??
