How to get rid of mono mode

From time to time my PA switches from poly to mono mode. It disrupts all the sounds of the device. I have no idea why this is happening (and who even needs it). Is there a way to prevent this?

Do you mean this happens randomly???
It is a very weird thing to affect the other sounds...
Sounds can individually be configured as mono or poly but if this just changes without intervention then it sounds like you may have a fault.
