Pa1000 hanging during making full backup

Hi, yesterday I tried to make a full backup of my PA1000 on a USB stick.
I created already several backups earlier this year and last year on the same USB stick.
But now the backup process was hanging around 77%. I had to switch off and on the PA1000 again.
Tried another USB stick, full backup stopped at about 50%.
What can this be? Windows did not show errors on the stick.

The earlier backups were made with the OS 1.5.0, yesterday with the new OS 1.5.1

Shall I try to reformat the USB stick again with the format utility of the PA1000
The USB sticks (8GB, both from Integral) were formatted before under windows (FAT32) and worked always fine.

Solved:
I reformatted the USB stick on the PA1000, then I was able to make the full backup without problems.

yesterday I tried to make a full backup again using the same USB stick as below and again the backup process was hanging. Reformatted the stick in the keyboard and tried again, but again hanging during full backup. I ordered another USB stick from Kington this time, to see if that works better.

(also my PA1000 was hanging during starting up, never seen this before... It hung on the screen where it shows the firmware version. Powered the keyboard off and on again and it worked fine for the rest of the evening.... strange...)

Does someone using OS 1.5.1 experience the same sometimes ?

It's better if you erase the internal HD files and then make a backup.

Erase the internal HD? Why do I make a backup then ? ;-)

I mean the internal storage (KORG DISK).
