I love my Pa5x and thankful have no issues other than some of the button lights are dirty/blocked as many have reported.
Since I’m still within the warranty period, I was wondering whether it makes a difference to use a Korg authorized repair center (which may be easier and faster) or to send it to Korg directly for the repair.
In my mind, I’m in the thinking that the manufacturer technicians will do a “factory” repair vs. an authorized repair center or am I overthinking this?
Just wanted to get your thoughts.
BTW, does anyone know what the button issue really is? Is the button’s clear lens just dirty or there is a physical issue with the bottom and/or board?

Pa5x Button Warranty Repair
Korg Pa5x
Last I heard, the cause is unknown. And korg had very few, if any, replacement buttons. Might want to verify b4 sending it off for weeks, only to be told the parts aren't available.
I've had mine for 4 months and no button issues yet *knocking on wood side panel*

Life is short, play a KORG!
