Sound issues with Korg B2

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this (feel free to redirect me), but I (somewhat) recently purchased a used Korg B2 digital piano through Amazon, and I'm having an issue where about ten keys in the mid-upper (~C6) range are noticeably quieter than the others. Everything else about the piano seems to work fine. I've been through the manual and tried Google, etc. with no luck. I kind of assume it's a software issue, but I can't find anything about a way to factory reset or anything like that. The only available drivers are for "USB-MIDI" which doesn't sound like it will help(?). Does anyone have any pointers at all for me to troubleshoot and/or solve this issue?

It might be worth connecting the B2 to a computer running MIDI-OX (if it's a PC) or similar software for Mac, connecting the B2's USB to the computer, and looking at the velocity values reported for each of the keys, as they are struck. That should help narrow down whether it's a keyboard issue, or something else.

Of course, in a real piano, the strings struck by the upper keys tend not to sound as loud as those played in the lower registers, and also the notes sound for a much shorter duration.

thanks voip, i should be able to figure that out.

if it was all notes above a certain level, i'd buy it was trying to emulate an analog piano (in fact i think the b2 might even do something like that), but it's only like ten notes and then higher up it gets louder again.
