the USB driver (day 2 and still not connecting)

Hi, I'm trying to install the usb driver on Windows 11.
despite trying every trick in the book, still it wont connect.
not using a hub
installed driver both with Kross 2 connected and disconnected
windows Generic works and it can see the kross, but DAW doesn't see it, tried 2 DAWs

I have checked the driver is installed in terminal

hi, that solved it.
the solution is to install the custom driver option.
that loads an app that lists the usb usage. you can then delete a space for the korg. its a good little app and worth tagging.
thanks for your help. if only korg documented things better.....
