I am getting the message "Failed to download product info. Check your internet connection". There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. This message is displayed for both my wavestate 1 and MK2 module. There are no errors on the device manager (WIN 11) or network comms. The problem is affecting using the Wavestate Editor program.
