MIDI help - Strange continuous sound when connected to DAW

Every time I record other sounds plays along and continuously even when I stop. I have to turn it off and back on to reset it. I hear multiple notes at once when I play from DAW. What could be the problem? I never had this problem before.

That's a midi loop. Shift+start/stop will stop midi notes so you don't have to reboot. Check your midi routing and make sure you Don't have your channel inputs matched to your outputs
