Is there a way to reorganize the orders of sequences that are already recorded (move track 2 to track 3etc)?

Thanks

Go to the Track Edit tab, select the source MIDI track, and do Move Measure from the top right drop down menu.

Thanks for the reply.
I assume I can then select the whole track and paste it to an empty?

Yes. With the Move Measure command, it is necessary to specify the start and length measures so, for the whole track, start will be measure 001 and the "To end of measure" value will be whatever is appropriate for the song.

There is a slightly easier way to move whole whole tracks, but it requires two steps. The Page menu (top right dropdown menu) has Copy Track and Erase Track commands, which will perform those actions on the whole track. There isn't a Move Track command, as such, nor is there a Paste command, since pasting is part of performing a Copy operation.

Thanks again for the quick reply.
I tried using the “CopyTrack”command (seems logical) but the copy makes no sound.

Did I do something stupid?

Copying MIDI tracks or moving MIDI measures only affects the MIDI data itself. There still needs to be a valid Timbre associated with the destination track, and that Timbre needs to be set to Play on the Play/Rec main Sequencer screen. The volume slider for that track also needs to be set to a suitable level. There are other settings in the Track Parameter tab, particularly the MIDI and OSC subtabs. The FX routing may also need looking at. If you wish to play the Timbre on that track using the keyboard, then the MIDI channel will need to be set on the main screen, just below the Song name, to correspond to that track.

I really appreciate your help. I looked everywhere for a solution but to no avail. I got your “move” suggestion to work. If you do videos you might consider doing an instructional demo.

Thanks again.
