Convert styles to midi

New owner here and can't find an answer to this:
Is there anyway to covert a style to midi on the PA5X? I tried the recording function but it won't play the style while in midi record mode.

Style edit---> Export as SMF.. It will export all style elements with markers and all sysex information

Thank you very much but I'm not seeing that choice. I go to rec/edit choose style edit but don't see an export choice only a save. Sorry to be a bother.

You need to be more specific. Do you want the single style ELEMENTS (variations, fill ins etc.) as a MIDI file or record a song to MIDI using a style?
The latter one is a removed or at least not activated function in the Pa5X.

Actually both. Since I can't currently record a style to midi I would like to export the style elements but I can't find the export choice under rec/edit -edit style, only a save.

Never mind, I found it. I take it there is not way to include a chord sequence within the export?

Hi,
Ther ist No way at The Moment to record Styles.
I was very angry about Korg, then i tried It with a Chip Version of Cubase ...
IT works well... Dont forget to Export as a midifile Format 0....
Then IT works.
Take The midifile and Put in ON a USB Stick and you can Play IT ON The Pa5x and you can edit The Song in The Sequencer..
