Korg Nautilus update error

any fixes available for Korg Nautilus update error, any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Follow the updating instructions to the letter, particularly the location of the installation files, and their state of unpacking.
It may help to format the USB thumb drive on the Nautilus itself, before copying the install files to the thumb drive.
The copied files at the root of the thumb drive should look something like (where "<>" is a directory):

<>mnt
bc
DisplayUpdaterMessage
install.info
md5sum
NAUTILUS_Update_1_3_3.csum
NAUTILUS_Update_1_3_3.tar.gz
posttar.sh
