It's nice to see that Asena is about to give a free upgrade of his Artists Edition Software for PA5X to all existing owners. It is currently on Version 1.6 and will soon become Version 2.0.
This will include new sounds, styles and pad loops along with a revised and enhanced keyboard set list.

Does this also mean the long awaited free upgrade for ps4x owners of the product?

Buenos dias , hace dos dias adquiri el Globalsound, antes de nada decir que no soy profesional pero con el equipo me lleve un poco de decepción, anteriormente disfrutaba de un genos , bueno a lo que iba, después de instalar el paquete que me mandó David y Timor siendo ni que decir super amables y resolviendo al instante las dudas que tenía en el momento de la instalación, se instala y al momento el equipo se transforma en una verdadera maravilla, sonidos brillantes de poner la piel de gallina jajaja. es increíble la configuración de los mismos , gran trabajo el que está detrás de cada estilo, un 10, totalmente recomendable y animo al que se lo esté pensando.

Hello Asena, I saw and listened to your presentation of the artist sound edition for the Korg PA5X and I think it’s great!

I have just one question: in your PA5X set, do you also include drum kits? I’m particularly looking for a good, detailed acoustic drum kit for General MIDI files, as well as a nice warm, broad bass guitar sound to take General MIDI files to a new level. Is that perhaps included in your pack as well?

I thought I would treat myself and recently bought the Artist Edition 2.0 software as well.
It definitely has a lot to offer with a wide variety of well programmed keyboard sets, styles, pads and sounds.
It is a very good addition to the PA5X.

I noticed that some of the KS that come with the styles vary quite a bit in volume.
For me that is not a big problem as there is always some adjustment needed when programming a performance (Songbook is the heart of my workflow).

At first I was a bit confused as I expected the AE 2.0 package to also contain Genos 2 sounds.
I had seen some demos of these sounds on YT and automatically assumed they were included.
My own mistake, the contents of the packages are very well described by Global Sounds.
it is a different pack. So I ended up ordering that one too. And it sounds great too!!
But maybe it's good that I mention it here, so that you are aware of it.

Very well done by Global Sounds and the price of the packages is very reasonable considering what you get. It must have taken an awful lot of time to create them.

Last but not least, Timor and his team are very nice and helpful, so no worries about customer service.
