Nautilus Splits

My Nautilus won't let me change the split point. I have tapped on the note indicator and it doesn't highlight like it used to. Neither the +/- buttons or the wheel will move it. I updated the firmware a few months ago, but haven't used the split feature since. Any Ideas?

Hi Steve,
I write you a mail. Let's investigate, do you calibrate the touch panel first ?
The note indicator have the green line on the left on the box?
The split point not work when receive the midi notes from other device, when receive damper message or note message, also when keep the keys on.
Remove all the cables except the outputs then try again.
