It looks like Korg is finally starting to communication with their best customers...?

*Korg finally admits that he has a mistake in the songbook and promises that it will be solved.

I have heard back from our engineer and they are aware of this problem and currently working to fix this issue.

We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience. This will be resolved.

Thank you and best regards,"

That sounds like a very bright idea, then there are some customers, that know what should be fixede to make a good product better....

Korg USA doesn't do any R&D but Korg Italy and Korg Germany does. I would recommend reaching out to Korg Italy if you want a quicker response

Good to know that Korg Engineering is being appraised by the local support folks. Eventually, things will be fixed and new features added.

Hope the Korg Engineers start programming as it should and test the operating system in detail. After every update I am thinking more and more that this Pa5X will be my last Korg.
