variation change takes too long in 1.3 or 1.3.1 (1.2 was ok)

In a style I created on Pa4x, when I converted to Pa5x kst at version 1.0 and 1.1, it has a delay between variations (it plays extra one more beat and changes the variation). installing version 1.2 solved the problem. Now, after update to 1.3 the bug came back, I was hoping in new version 1.3.1 but it still had delay when I change variation.
Did somebody experienced this problem?
if I downgrade to 1.2, it works fine...
