Volumes of KS in factory styles

Post by F-Minor »

I noticed that with a lot of the factory styles the 4 Keyboard Sets that come with them have remarkable differences in volumes. For each song I want to play, I need to adjust this in a SongBook setting. No big issue, but I still think it’s strange. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I own the 88 key version which has a different keybed than the 61 and 76 versions? Or maybe I missed something in the settings? Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

One thing I have found has helped on my Pa5x 61 keyboard is to go to
Settings / Preferences and adjust the sliders to 65/65/100 respectively.

I find the factory settings of all 3 at 127 far too strident.

May help.

Thanks for your help. I’m always struggeling a bit with the sliders and slider settings. I think the control section in the upper left of the keyboard should be revised on the next keyboard. It’s too complicated IMO. But maybe that’s just me…
