New minilogue xd version 2.12 WTF

I bought minilogue xd last week and first thing I check that it has latest version.
My unit from factory has 2.12 and the newest should be 2.10 so what is this?

Also when booting in update-mode, it says

Data format err

It works normally otherwise but I am a little bit concerned.

Korg is informing that the version V2.12 is a version for which no system updater has been released, as the changes were not critical for product use.
Therefore, the system is displaying correctly and it is not due to a bug or malfunction. Please rest assured.

Is the amswer from EMnordic. Very strange that there is no release notes or anything.
