Problem USB midi driver PA 1000

Dear friends, I would like to ask someone for help.
Namely, I downloaded DrvTools ( 115_r61e) from the official website, but when installing it on my computer, I get an error.
"Error 2753. The File "ezsetup.exe" is not marked for installation"
Can someone explain to me what this is and why I can't install it?
I have a Lenovo Idea Pad flexx5 laptop, with Win 11.
