I never use programs but combis. Reasons:
- I use two keyboards, one is a slave (only using it as keyboard, no audio output used), so I need programs for each of the 2 keyboards).
- I sometimes need to split one or both of the keyboards.
- I like layering multiple sounds
Too bad the poll is not adding an option for 'Songs' too because I'm tending to move from combis to songs.

I guess you mean reasons for using combis or songs, since I already gave 3 reasons for programs/combis.
Advantages for combis (vs songs):
- No need to store them on a CF
- Lots of available spaces
Advantages for songs (vs combis):
- 16 instead of 8 programs possible
- More parameters being adjustable
- Use of RPPR
I don't know how easy rearranging songs are. To insert a combi is not a nice job to do. I keep my songs in order with some free spaces to reduce rearranging times.
