Problem in recording on Intro1...

Hello friends,
I am trying to record prelude part of a particular song on intro1. In Style Record Screen, I mute all the tracks except Acc5 - Acc5 is my recording track. I make the following settings on Main page of Record1:

Element > Intro1
Chord Var > CV1
Resolution > high
Rec length > 3
CV length > 3
Metro > off all other parameters at default

Track I select say some Accordian
Key C Major

I press the start/stop button and after one measure the recording starts - I play, it records for 3 measures - I hear it by pressing again the start/stop button all is fine so I write it through page menu drop down box and exit the record mode back to style play.

Now when I press the intro1 I expect it to play only Acc5 'cause all other parts are muted but WHOLE BAND  plays... yes my recorded track on Acc5 also plays :D ... but why other tracks are not muted ???

Is there any other way to do that ?? Please guide me...

Thanks & Regards

First of all how come the other parts are playing when you didnt record
anything in there, second you cant MUTE tracks, it wont work on the PA800.
You have to either DELETE those PARTS or lower their EXPRESSION in the
ELEMENT page.

I think you probably wanted to delete the muted tracks :)

Hello Shahid,
I did not know that there is something called Expression :D [I did not read the manual  :D   ] I just wanted my Acc5 to play so I muted all other parts [very natural] but as rightly quoted by Nedim, mute does not work there....

I'll try to delete/lower expression tomorrow....

Thanks for answering my question Shahid...
