Basic Fundamentals of Chord Variation...

Post by sandy39 »

Hello Friends,
I am back with problems again :D :D :D This time Chord Variation is troubling me... Trouble ...thy name is SP... :lol:

O.K., I record something on intro1/CV1 and it sounds different/transposed. Damn it! Simple thing I have done... even then.... why??? See what I have done....

My Settings:
Element: Intro1 :: Rec Length : 16 :: Tempo : 108
Chord Variation : CV1 :: CV Length : 16 :: Meter : 4/4
Resolution : High :: Metro : Off :: NTT : No Trnsp

Track : Acc 4 > Say.. Guitar

Key : C
Chord : Major

Now, When I record on Acc4 the Guitar part using C Major scale, all plays well... then I change the track to Acc5 and select {say} Strings, I record again using C Major scale. After recording, I hear using start/stop button - both sounds on Intro1 play well :D . I write and exit.

Now when I play in style play mode using C Major Chord, the notes sound transposed... WHY? :cry: Everywhere I have used C Major Chord.

I have not been able to grasp the basic fundamentals of Chord Variation, can anyone be kind enough to explain in detail please... and please when u explain, please bear in mind that u are explaining to an educated donkey :lol: :lol:

Thanks & Regards

SP
